Julia Jamrozik and Coryn Kempster are Canadian designers, artists, and educators who have been collaborating since 2003. Together, they strive to create spaces, objects, and situations that disrupt the ordinary in a critical and playful way.
Their multidisciplinary practice operates at various scales, from temporary installations to permanent public works and architectural projects. Their academic research focuses on the role of play in the built environment and alternative methods of documentation as a form of historical preservation.
In 2018, the Architectural League of New York honored their work with the prestigious League Prize.
