The panels of the acoustic insulator with high mechanical performance have a shaped surface with a total thickness of 18mm. The panel is composed of rubber fibers obtained from recycled ELTs agglomerated hot with polyurethane adhesive coupled with a non-woven tear-resistant polyethylene fabric in blue color on the upper side.
The panel dimensions are 1 m in width and 1.2 m in height, with a total surface mass of 6.7 kg/m². The dynamic stiffness is 16 MN/m³, the impact sound insulation 28 dB.
