Lightweight subfloor resistant to closed surface

Lecacem Mini

Pre-mixed lightweight underlayment in a bag, designed for insulation and lightening, with high strength (Rcm = 50 kg/cm²) and a closed surface. It is ideal for light underlayments, thermal insulation layers, slopes and roofs, and for laying panels of the underfloor heating system. When installed, it has a density of about 600 kg/m³.

Technical Features

Low Thermal Conductivity: thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.142 W/mK provides excellent thermal insulation, contributing to energy savings
Lightweight: with a density of about 600 kg/m³, Lecacem Mini is easy to handle and reduces permanent loads on structures
Non-Combustibility: classified Euroclass A1, it is a non-combustible product
Eco-compatibility: ANAB-ICEA certified for Bioarchitecture, contains 25% recycled material
Pumpability: can be pumped with traditional construction equipment
Practicality: packaged in 50-liter bags, only needs to be mixed with water and can be applied with standard construction equipment

Applications

Lecacem Mini is versatile and suitable for various applications:

Insulation and lightening layers: for underlayments of any type of flooring.
Thermal insulation for slopes and roofs: suitable for direct laying of bituminous waterproofing membrane.
Underlayments in challenging construction conditions: for subsequent works such as plastering and floorboards.
Compensation layers: closed and compact surface for laying panels of the underfloor heating system.
Single-layer underlayment: for direct laying of moisture-insensitive floorings, to be laid in a fluid consistency.

Application and Finishing Methods

Preparation of the substrate: ensure that the laying surface is clean, crack-free, and strong. Protect electrical and plumbing installations
Preparation of the mix: mix Lecacem Mini with clean water (6-6.5 L for PR production and 7-8 L for CH production per bag) using concrete mixers or traditional mixers. Mix for about 3 minutes until a pasty and semi-fluid consistency is achieved
Application: lay as a fluid underlayment. After maturation, apply moisture-insensitive flooring
