Single-component polyurethane foam, filling and insulating, designed for sound absorption and thermal insulation.
This foam is highly elastic and specifically developed to seal gaps during the installation of wooden, PVC, and aluminum windows. Ready to use and applicable with a manual gun, the foam is CFC-free. It stands out for its exceptional yield (approximately 55 liters at 20°C) and measured and controlled expansion.
Product compliant with the requirements of standard 11673-1 chapter 6: Basic requirements for sealing, filling, and insulation materials.
The NEW FORMULATION presents the following product improvements:
-Improved moisture reactivity to reduce post-expansion phenomena
-Reduced drying times to ensure greater dimensional stability
APPLICATION FIELDS
For sealing gaps in the installation of external fixtures, when the following characteristics are required:
- High elasticity to compensate for wall and/or frame movements even in the presence of high thermal expansions.
- High thermal and acoustic insulation.
- Excellent air impermeability.
