The A3 - Advanced Architecture Apartments harmoniously integrate into the context of their environment. Located in one of the most interesting areas of Sofia in terms of contemporary architecture, the clear lines and edges of the A3s are blurred into soft shapes that allow one to precisely determine where and how to perceive the space they outline

The A3 - Advanced Architecture Apartments were designed by the STARH studio to be relevant, contextual, and cutting-edge. Together with the looming mountain, the nature of the project translates into a dynamic and modern form, without damaging its residential function. The complex is divided into five volumes, connected into a set that defines its final shape: it is easy to associate it with five mountain peaks or the silhouette of a family with three children, but the deeper concept is to stimulate those who confront it to define themselves in relation to the building

The realization of A3 proceeds from the inside out: the design strictly follows the function, which is the approach the studio considers correct for the design of residential buildings. Orthogonal shapes are found inside the buildings to facilitate organization. The complex is 100 meters long divided into 5 blocks, each with its own vertical communication and dedicated entrance. The first two sections - A and B - house two apartments on each floor, while stairs C, D and E contain three. The small number of apartments per floor increases the feeling of luxury and provides more privacy

Overall, the residential units are 158 dwellings, each with excellent functionality and a favorable geographic position: each living room is situated to the east/southeast, is richly glazed and overlooks Mount Vitosha and the urban landscape. The ground floor is designed for commercial use with shops ranging in size from 50 to 100 square meters. Parking is provided by two underground levels and the entire free ground area is dedicated to landscaping and recreation

The A3 design contains rigorous elegance and soft organic shapes. The feeling of elegance and refinement is emphasized by the facade materials of glass and Rieder FibreC fiberglass, an innovative and high-tech material made from fiberglass concrete that offers unlimited options in formation. In addition to aesthetics and functionality, the materials ensure durability and ease of building maintenance
