The B73 building is located in one of the central areas of Sofia, Bulgaria. It stands out in the urban context for its innovative and impactful appearance. The building strikes a balance between design and functionality, all while using high-end materials and exhibiting exceptional craftsmanship

The B73 residential building, designed by the Bulgarian firm STARH, is located on a corner lot bordered by an avenue and an inner courtyard that looks out towards Mount Vitosha. It consists of six above-ground floors and one underground level used for parking, served by a high-speed car elevator.

Each residential floor is dedicated to a single apartment measuring 280 square meters. Optimized spaces and the influx of light are the fundamental points of the apartment design. The top-floor apartment has a living room with an internal height of 6.4 meters, and all other living units have been designed maximizing height to achieve the most expansive sense of spaciousness

The artistic installation "44.14" by Bocci is mounted inside the double-height lobby. The ground floor spaces, on the other hand, have been allocated for design furniture showrooms.
B73 is one of the few buildings in Bulgaria that utilizes thermoforming technology to achieve complex three-dimensional shapes on such a scale

The facade concept starts from a simple idea: a white surface. Subsequent strategically placed cuts stretch it along the vertical axis; the point of contact between the main floor slab and the stair landing where a discontinuity occurs naturally forms the shape of a swallow. The end result is a complex shape that becomes the most distinctive element of the building
