The difference between the common and private spaces is accentuated by the definition of volumes and interior design. The common area, which includes the kitchen, living room, and a multipurpose hall, is spread out over a single open-plan floor; the private spaces, consisting of bedrooms and bathrooms, are located in a separate three-story tower, connected to the other areas via a corridor

The roof of the volume that houses the living area has been designed following an "umbrella-like" composition that gently delineates each space while keeping them connected in one large environment. The indirect lighting reinforces this concept and conveys a sense of wellbeing
