In Mexico City, the residential complex Águilas 76 showcases an example of architecture that molds itself to the terrain to ensure quality spaces that are anything but mundane

Integrated architecture with topography and climate factors

In the project of the residential complex Águilas 76, thanks to the skillful placement of volumes, the ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea studio maximizes solar energy, offering comfort and pleasant panoramic views to all spaces. The project consists of two buildings, one for communal functions and the other for residences, separated by a large garden that compensates for elevation differences, creating dynamism and environmental pleasantness

The building for collective functions

Facing the street level, the first volume houses the reception and a hall on the ground floor. Attached to the hall, a multipurpose room with a kitchen, cellar, and amenities is strategically positioned so as not to disrupt the daily routines of the Águilas 76 residents. This building also accommodates a temple on the first and second floors, with a capacity for 100 people, and on the third floor, there is a gym

The residential building

The second building is dedicated to private residences, comprising 16 apartments. There are nine levels, with 2 apartments per floor, except for the 4th and 5th floors, which only house one each. The apartment on the 5th floor features a garden area, while the one on the 4th floor includes a roof garden, green spaces, and a paddle court. The 3rd floor has a walkway connecting to the fitness area and the playroom
