Nestled in the old town of Merano, the new apartments rise next to the famous Tappeiner promenades, with a privileged view over the Passirio river and a gaze towards the striking Powder Tower. The project, curated by the Monovolume studio, blends with the historical and landscape context, offering a respectful and immersive architecture.
In the heart of the complex, on the fourth floor, an existing apartment has been completely renovated, with attention to detail and living quality. The building's roof was demolished and rebuilt to accommodate two new units. Here, architecture projects play a central role: every choice – from the large windows to the open staircase – is designed to enhance the light and views of the Tessa Group mountains.
The interiors offer spacious and functional areas, with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom designed to ensure contemporary comfort. A new open staircase connects the third and fourth floors with the attic, creating a seamless dialogue between the different levels and a sense of openness towards the outside.
