A colorful journey inside ONS İNCEK's vibrant showroom

Varied Topography Integration

The ONS İNCEK showroom was meticulously designed to harmonize with the varied topography of the site, aligning its contours parallel to the sloping terrain. Yazgan Design Architecture made sure that visitors can easily move through the space thanks to different modes of circulation - ramps, walkways and elevators. The top floor accommodates private offices, while vendors occupy stands on the ground floor. At the heart of the showroom lies a large-scale model of the residential complex situated beneath the central atrium, offering visitors a comprehensive view of the three residential towers' design. Additionally, the basement level features three fully furnished apartment mock-ups, providing a tangible experience of the luxurious living spaces

Colorful glass panels defining showroom's atmosphere

The showroom features numerous vertical colored glass panels that envelop its interior, creating a visually striking atmosphere. The multi-leveled, exposed concrete structure of the showroom predominantly sports a medium grey color scheme, serving as a cohesive backdrop that accentuates the vibrant hues of the glass panels. This intentional design choice underscores the significance of color in the overall project. Additionally, each tower facade is adorned with glass panels in colors that mirror those used in the residential complex, establishing a visual connection between the showroom and the surrounding buildings

Building's color gradient mirrors terrain

The design incorporates three primary colors: turquoise blue, warm green, and deep yellow, strategically arranged to guide the viewer's gaze along the building's contours. This color gradient transitions from cool to warm tones and back, echoing the building's upward movement with the topography. The warm-toned, ten-meter-long panels highlight significant topographical changes, while cooler tones mark the building's entrance. The diverse colors and lengths of the glass panels create dynamic visual movement, accentuated by the interplay of light and shadow. Additionally, the panels serve as signaling elements, appearing brighter in sunlight and casting shadows that indicate the passage of time and the sun's orientation

Local flora in landscape design

The landscape design features cascading layers inspired by the natural topography, seemingly emanating from the central amenities complex. These layered ripples form numerous individual gardens, each showcasing a diverse array of plants native to Ankara
