In one of the most sought-after areas of the Mexican capital, the Hipódromo neighborhood, stands a residential building that stands out for its careful and innovative design. Developed on six levels, the project focuses on intelligent space distribution to make the most of every square meter and offer a complete, varied, and comfortable living experience.
From the entrance, vegetation is an integral part of the architecture. Landscaping accompanies both common and private spaces, becoming a protagonist inside the apartments and creating a natural environment that ensures privacy, beauty, and well-being. In particular, the heart of the building — a shared central courtyard — is enhanced by the greenery that surrounds it, creating visual and sensory connections between the indoor spaces.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the project curated by NURBANA Desarrollo Arquitectónico. All bathrooms and service patios are naturally illuminated and ventilated, and a system for collecting and purifying rainwater allows for a more conscious use of resources. A concrete response to the urban water crisis and a commitment to the future.
Each apartment is different from the others, except for two twin units. A design choice that offers residents a wide variety of solutions: from the ground floor apartment with private terraces, to the two-level unit that separates living and sleeping areas, to the penthouse with a roof garden and two additional bedrooms on the sixth level.
On the second and third floors, there are 90 m² apartments with balconies and flexible configurations — with two bedrooms or one bedroom and a study.
The fourth floor hosts a full-floor apartment, with the possibility of three bedrooms and a family room.
Comfort is also ensured by practical and well-integrated solutions, such as the underground car lift with eight parking spaces. Architectural projects adapt design to the needs of urban life without compromising the quality of living space.
