The KINCANG Egrets Waves 3.0 residential complex, located on a strip of land embraced by Lake Jianhu in Shaoxing, offers its fluid and light forms for living immersed in nature and beauty

Buildings with curved glass and white-silver aluminum facades

LYCS's architecture projects aim to build new lifestyles. This is also the proposal of KINCANG Egrets Waves 3.0 with its buildings with curved glass and white-silver aluminum facades, designed at heights to optimize the view towards the lake, with the skypool becoming the manifesto of the residential complex: living between water and sky, immersed in the world but in an oasis of peace and tranquility

Four-story duplexes and a small number of stacked townhouses

After careful study to optimize comfort and beauty, the residences, all high-end, are designed as four-story duplexes and a small number of stacked townhouses. This design choice has allowed for the maximization of independent entrances and gardens. In the duplexes, the ground floor merges with the garden, fully opening up to it; the bedrooms are located on the three upper floors connected by an internal elevator

Architectural language of lightness and transparency

Already used in the first project "Egrets Waves" by LYCS Architecture, the architectural language proposed is that of lightness and transparency, which, applied to all the buildings in the complex, immerses the inhabitants in this sinuous and boundless reality. The full-height windows of the dwellings open to the outside: where there is no garden, spacious balconies allow for elegant and enjoyable outdoor living
