Water as the main focus of the project

A curved seven-level plate faces the central lake, while the low volume follows the line of the internal coast; a green central courtyard is created between them. Defined by its natural context, the architecture opens up towards the expanses of water, offering the convivial areas of the residences a wide and bright view, while towards the internal courtyard, quiet, the rest areas are grouped with vertical windows that ensure the necessary privacy

A challenge to the rigid forms of suburban residential complexes

La Mansa challenges the typical rigid forms of suburban residential complexes. With its transparent and soft lines, it integrates into the landscape with grace and wisdom. With its 7,783 square meters, the condominium offers residential units of different types with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms
