Villa Borik corresponds in its volumes to the surroundings in which it is immersed, concealing a third of its distribution in an underground level. The western "utility" facade that forms a filter between the street and the interior and a triangular half-bay roof that marks the entrance to the house on the north side complete the salient features of this architecture

In the heart of Victoria, London, stands the innovative building 18-20 Greycoat Place, an architectural project that synthesizes functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. Located at the vital intersection of Greycoat Place, Greencoat Place, and Rochester Row, this seven-story building represents a landmark for contemporary architecture in the area. Combining modern workspaces with luxury duplex apartments, and enriched by commercial areas on the ground floor. 18-20 Greycoat Place is an emblematic example of how new constructions can respect and enhance the existing urban context.

Situated on the picturesque seafront of Varna, Bulgaria's marine capital, in Chaika neighborhood, EOS enjoys an unparalleled location. The building located on the front line, with only the Sea Garden and the Black Sea in front of it, has the privilege of being the first to greet the morning sunlight- hence the reference in its name to the Greek goddess EOS, who rose to the horizon from the depths of the sea to bring light to the world

The house, perched on a wooded promontory on Lake Michigan, designed by Desai Chia Architecture in collaboration with Environment Architects (AOR)studio, refers to the vernacular architecture of the surrounding villages

Located in Chartres-de-Bretagne, between a residential area and other business buildings, ASSIA, an association for personal assistance, is commissioning an expansion of its headquarters: a new 3-story volume on a 600 square meter plot of land to the south of the existing building, which will be connected to it with a glass walkway.
