Funding and Project Implementation With decree no. 624/2017, the MIUR granted funding to the Municipality of Folignano for the construction of school modules intended for the Kindergarten of Piane di Morro. This measure allowed for the demolition and reconstruction of the existing building, damaged by the 2016 seismic events. The design process was managed quickly to respond to the emergency, but the 2020 pandemic led to a slight extension of the implementation timeline. Nevertheless, the project represents a significant achievement for the community.

Birdhouse is born from the customers' desire to have a large common space that is not divided by stairs: the latter are moved outside the main perimeter of the house, in the north part, hosting only one round window that resembles the appearance of a new birdhouse.

The House in Shukugawa is situated on a compact flag-shaped lot, nestled in the tranquil setting of Nishinomiya, in Hyogo prefecture. This house is located in a historic and charming residential area, adjacent to the Shukugawa River, famous for its spectacular cherry blossoms. However, the high population density and small lots typical of this area necessitated designing a house that would be a cozy retreat and separate from the surrounding buildings, thus creating an independent world.

The intervention concerned the building redevelopment of a property located in the Municipality of Battipaglia, in the province of Salerno, under the extraordinary regulations of the Campania Region - Housing Plan. The operation involved the demolition of the previous building, consisting of three above-ground levels, and the subsequent reconstruction with an increase in volume, creating a modern building that houses 12 residential units of various sizes, two commercial premises, and 9 underground parking spaces.

Villa Z stands out in the urban fabric where it is located, characterized mainly by mono and multi-family buildings from the 80s and 90s: the essential and minimalist design characterized by the interpenetration of geometric solids introduces a new architectural language to the context.
