Arezzo Modern Osteria. Once upon a time there was the osteria... and still is - DesignOnWeb

The new catering project signed by the architect Emanuele Svetti of Studio Svetti Architecture in Arezzo is called Osteria Moderna and is conceptually proposed as a modern tavern for travelers. The focal points of the project are the colors and the materials

In the case of Osteria Moderna, the color was the starting point, a chromatic shade dear to the city: the amaranth, in its particular shade of red, warm and enveloping, which is revealed inside the restaurant in "full-color" mode, with the same impetus of an intrepid heart

In the morphology, as in the distribution of space, there is a reference to the traditional tavern. As in the past, even at Osteria Moderna, you are welcomed in the " mescita " area, which today, as in the past, acts as a filter between those who want to stop for a short break and those who are looking for a place where they can sit down

A system of metal partitions, designed by the studio, leads to the restaurant area, where you can enjoy a meal in an elegant and rarefied atmosphere, characterized by the uniform color of the environment on which are integrated, with a calibrated use, almost as if engraved, metal elements and concrete inserts. Outside a dehors space allows in warm seasons to accommodate guests outdoors, with furnishings that recall the interior but in a more sober and contained way
