On the second floor there are more bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom has a private bathroom and a walk-in closet. Access to the basement, equipped with a parking, a cellar, a gym and a bathroom, in addition to the normal technical rooms is by means of a ramp

Towards the garden, the house consists of large glass facades using sunlight optimally. A cladding of wooden slats contrasts with the white plaster. The acute angles are created by the layout of the volumes and the holes in the walls
