The Exterior Landscape is Integrated into the Design

On the outside, the facade and open spaces of the residence have been revisited with the aim of improving their visual impact and integration with the surrounding environment. Through the use of sustainable materials, innovative landscaping solutions, and environmentally conscious design, the exteriors have been transformed into a natural extension of the interior spaces, offering residents equally welcoming and functional outdoor areas.

Oak Wood Cladding

The ground floor of the building is radically transformed to bring more warmth with a custom design and is opened up towards the outside. The south wall, initially built in concrete, is deconstructed completely and the metal poles that become the new load-bearing structure are clad with oak wood formwork.

Oak wood is used inside as wall cladding, for example in the living room, on the wall that houses the stone fireplace, but it is also used for the kitchen furniture.
