Pristine volumes for a house in Merano. Exposed concrete and glass determine the architecture - DesignOnWeb

Studio Monovolume designs this villa between the valleys of Merano, where the slope of the land imposes a project of volumes, executed through the purist use of concrete and glass. The flat roof and the swimming pool emphasize the play in contrast to the greenery

House T is a detached house located in Merano, consisting of a ground floor and a basement with garage. In order to better adapt the house to the sloping ground, two buildings at different heights joined by internal steps have been designed. The two forms fit into each other, emphasizing the structural pattern of the building

The design of the house is puristic and this simplicity is emphasized by using exposed concrete and creating glass facades and a flat roof covered with gravel. The living areas overlook a spacious terrace and swimming pool. A floating staircase leads to the garden
