Studio Gerosa
Via Milano, 11, 22045 Lambrugo, CO, Italia
The architect Andrea Gerosa, graduated with honors from the Polytechnic University of Milan, develops and realizes projects in both public and private sectors with the Studio Gerosa, founded in 1977 by the engineer and architect Franco Gerosa. With significant experience in designing school, residential, and industrial buildings, he has won numerous awards and commissions thanks to his participation in architecture and urban design competitions. Each project by the studio aims to capture the essence of the site, reinterpreting it in a contemporary way to enhance its history, identity, and cultural heritage, creating spaces that not only meet functional needs but also consistently enrich the experience of those who inhabit them. As a complement to his research, Andrea Gerosa has also been involved in product design: the series of seats Millemiglia and Millemiglia Super, produced by Durame, were presented at the Milan Furniture Fair in 2017 and 2018. He is currently a Councilor of the Order of Architects, Planners, and Landscape Architects of the Province of Como.
