Syndacate is a showroom and tailoring workshop located in Kiev, Ukraine, and designed by balbek bureau studio. Housed in an old building, consisting of irregular walls and confined spaces, it is skillfully designed

Faced with the complexity and geometric irregularity of the layout, the architects decided to focus their design on the axis of parallel and perpendicular lines of the floor, installing frameless glass windows mounted on walls that have been straightened by plasterboard

The only original elements left are the old terracotta floor and the ceiling, with laths and plaster, which were carefully stripped and cleaned. The result is a perimeter with uniform white walls, simple shapes and right angles
