Acoustic and thermal insulation for walls and ceilings

The soundproofing and thermoacoustic insulation panel made of polyester fiber and rubber granules

The high values of acoustic and thermal insulation, the extreme resistance to moisture and condensation combined with the ease of installation are the main characteristics of the Biwall 40 panel.

The fibers and SBR rubber granules (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) and EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) of which the 40 mm thick panel is composed are anchored to a tear-resistant fabric backing and hot-pressed with a 10 mm thick polyurethane adhesive with a density of 800 kg/m³.

The panel dimensions are 1.20 m in length, 1 m in width.

Biwall 40 can be applied to cavity walls in brickwork.

The accessories available for this insulation are:
⦁   Stywall AD Pro, high-density strip under the wall, made with a roll with tear-resistant backing, composed of SBR rubber granules
⦁   Stywall S, high-density strip under the wall, made in a roll with SBR rubber granules

⦁   Colla Selena Tytan 60s
⦁   Stik HD, tape with enhanced adhesion, characterized by superior resistance to aging and weathering agents

⦁   Redfix L, C and U, anti-vibration connections for walls and ceilings
