The lawn on the roof of the shop is a semi-private space available for various activities and events. The ground floor, which has numerous facilities for guests is accessible from inside all the apartments. The apartment towers include four lifts and staircases and have a reinforced concrete main structure
The facades are insulated with mineral wool covered with red cedar wood, unlike the ground floor which is clad in stone. The flats are owned or designed for short term rental and the interiors are designed in four different ways, which could be chosen by the owner
