Marco Casagrande, born in Feltre in 1970, graduated in architecture at the University of Architecture in Venice in 2000. During his university period he worked alongside his father in his architectural studio. The studio Marco Casagrande opened in 2001 and develops projects in the residential and industrial sector as well as urban redevelopment and interior design projects. Between 2005 and 2007 he was commissioned to design the "Italian Centre", an exhibition building included in the CIPEA project, China International Exhibition of Architecture, An international architectural event attended by architects such as Steven Holl, Arata Isozaky, Ettore Sotsass, Odile Decq. In 2009 he was nominated for the International Award "Compasso d'Oro", designing the SP6 sink model for Axolute, sink with integrated siphon (international patent HIS).
