The architectural studio Gramática Arquitectónica was founded by María Teresa Sánchez Táboas.

María Teresa Sánchez Táboas earned her degree in architecture from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de Madrid ETSAM in 2014. She spent a year studying at the IIT in Chicago, where her project "New Library for the IIT," developed with Professor Sou Fujimoto, was selected for the Open House Exhibition and she was awarded the Dean’s List. Upon returning from Chicago, she resided at FAUP in Porto, focusing on urban-scale projects with Nuno Portas and architectural theory.

Before founding Gramática Arquitectónica, she collaborated with César Portela's studios in Pontevedra and with Creus e Carrasco in A Coruña. Additionally, she worked as an editor for Experimenta Magazine in Madrid and contributed to the rehabilitation of the Samhwasa temples in South Korea through her work with Injuve. In 2017, she established Gramática Arquitectónica, a studio that ranges from designing sugar mills to industrial warehouses, turning stories and atmospheres into objects and architecture. Her portfolio includes single-family homes, restaurants, educational centers, or centerpieces that turn into plates.
