With the new young generation, the Apfelhotel in Saltusio in South Tyrol is blazing new trails, but without completely abandoning the old paths. It is a project that reflects the spirit and passion of an entire family, whose goal is to make people feel truly at home in a special place characterized by "an architecture rich in sensitivity, which does not take its space from nature, but draws on it to create a unique entity" (noa* network of architecture)

"An ancient barrel-vaulted workshop is hidden under the dust of history along one of the oldest streets of merchant Bolzano" (noa*). The ancient two-level building called "Haus am Gang" breathes new life with the project for the Bogen bistro with floral and bohemian atmospheres

In San Cassiano, a well-known tourist resort in Val Badia, Noa* studio has reconstructed Hotel Tofana inspired by the infinite facets that the mountain world offers to architecture and interior design

In Val Gardena, in the beautiful scenery of Ortisei, the Noa* firm creates "Swinging Frames", a web of wooden frames for the info point of Hotel Pinei St.Ulrich, that condenses five different functions into a single space
