HYBRID is a two-component hybrid chemical anchor without styrene, designed to handle medium/heavy loads. It is CE marked and ETA qualified for fixings in concrete.
ETA qualifications and regulations
This product complies with the European Technical Assessment (ETA), updated according to the Construction Products Regulation 305/2011.
ETA-15/0559: Fixings in concrete
The ETA-15/0559 qualifies the product according to EAD-330499 for use in non-cracked concrete, Option 7, with diameters ranging from M8 to M24. Additionally, it is suitable for bars with improved adhesion from Ø8mm to Ø16mm. For cracked concrete, the product is qualified for Option 1 with bar diameters M10-M12-M14-M16.
The product is classified in seismic category C1 for diameters M12-M16 and in seismic category C2 for diameter M12. The anchorage is highly flexible, allowing variable depths up to twenty times the diameter of the threaded bar. Certified operating temperatures range from: -40°C to +40°C (max long-term temperature = 24°C) and -40°C to +50°C (max long-term temperature = 40°C).
ETA-24/0016: Fixings in solid and hollow masonry
The ETA-24/0016 qualifies the product according to EAD-330076 for use on solid and hollow masonry, under static load conditions. The product is certified for applications on 8 different types of masonry blocks, including solid masonry blocks, hollow masonry, and AAC blocks (autoclaved aerated concrete).
The threaded bars covered by the certification have diameters from M8 to M16. For hollow masonry, available plastic cages range from GC 12x60 for M8 bars up to GC 15x135 or GC 20x85 for threaded bars M10-M12.
There are also performance specifications for bars with improved adhesion with diameters Ø8-Ø12, ideal for reinforcement applications on load-bearing masonry and reinforced plaster.
Performance and conditions of use
The product can be used on dry, wet, and even flooded concrete (only for threaded bars). The hardening reaction also occurs in the presence of water, with support temperatures ranging from -5°C to +40°C.
A test report on VOC content and emissions is available.
