Ideal for medium-heavy loads and for fixings in concrete, solid masonry, and perforated bricks.
Thanks to the data and characteristics reported in the European Technical Assessment (ETA), you will have one of the best chemical anchors on the European market, certified for masonry according to ETAG 029, suitable for anchoring in solid, semi-solid, and perforated masonry. The product can be installed in conditions of temporary humidity. For applications in the presence of water or where high load values are required, it is recommended to use vinyl ester resins from Bossong (BCR-VINIL and BCR V-PLUS) or epoxy resins (BCR-EPOX and BCR-EPOXY21).
The approval covers a wide range of threaded bars (from M8 to M12) and cages (GC 12x80, GC 15x85, GC 20x85). The certified operating temperatures range from -40°C/+40°C (max long-term temperature = 24°C) to -40°C/+50°C (max long-term temperature = 40°C).
With ETA-15/0560 Option 7, the product is certified from M8 to M16 for non-cracked concrete. It is approved for fixings with variable anchoring depth, offering designers and users great flexibility. The maximum anchoring depth can reach up to twenty times the nominal diameter of the threaded bar. It is suitable for installations in dry and wet concrete. The certified operating temperatures are -40°C/+50°C (max long-term temperature = 40°C).
The resin is VOC qualified in accordance with French Decree no. 2011-321 and ISO Standard 16000.
Thanks to the absence of styrene (no pungent odor), the product can also be used in enclosed environments. Its thixotropic consistency and high adhesion value allow easy penetration into porosities and voids, ensuring a secure fixing without expansion and without creating tensions in the base material. The resin and hardener only mix during extrusion, passing through the appropriate mixer, without the need for pre-mixing.
The product can also be used as a repair and filling compound.
