FILO 70
Sun shading system with adjustable aluminum blades and packaging, designed to ensure solar control, visual comfort, and weather resistance in contemporary buildings.
Solar shading and light control
The sun shading curtain is equipped with pre-painted aluminum blades shaped like a "Z", with a width of 70 mm and a minimum thickness of 0.45 mm. This geometry allows for effective solar irradiance control, regulating the entry of natural light and improving indoor comfort. The blades are complete with noise-reducing gaskets and lateral edging for greater robustness.
Movement system and durability over time
The lifting system is operated by 8 mm texband tapes, resistant to UV rays and certified for 100,000 movement cycles. The orientation of the blades (from 0° to 90°) is entrusted to terylene cords with Aramid and Kevlar, designed to ensure long-term strength and reliability. Components are easily replaceable thanks to stainless steel openable hooks.
Technical structure and components
The blades have punched holes for the passage of the tapes, while at the ends there are zinc pins that slide in the lateral guides, ensuring stability even in windy conditions.
The extruded aluminum lateral guides (18 × 20 mm, thickness 1.2 mm) are available with noise-reducing gaskets or a stainless steel cable system with spring tensioning. The lower terminal is made of painted aluminum with telescopic caps.
Control system and installation
The upper galvanized steel cassette houses the movement system: 230V 50 Hz motor with mechanical limit switch, aluminum transmission shaft, and adjustment components. You can choose between electric motorization or manual operation with a winch, with a jointed or deferred rod. The system is designed to facilitate inspection and maintenance.
Safety and performance
The curtain is certified according to the UNI EN 13659 standard for wind resistance, ensuring reliability and safety even in critical weather conditions.
