The echo of the forest in the body of architecture

An architecture that blends into the hill, welcomes nature, and promotes well-being, creativity, and teamwork in a space integrated into the landscape.

A free volume merging with the landscape

The project of the headquarters by crahayjamaigne is born at the border between urbanization and nature, at a point where the city retreats and gives way to vegetation. The volume, with a fluid and organic shape, blends into the ground, disappears into the hill, and lets itself be crossed by the landscape. The discreet access is achieved through a cut in the slope that leads to the covered entrance and the underground parking.

Invisible Architecture and Minimal Impact

To reduce the visual impact, the building partially develops underground, sinking into the ground and following the slope of the hill. The gray wooden envelope blends in with the natural environment, while the green roofs contribute to the landscape integration. Among the various architecture projects, this one in particular demonstrates that even an important program can coexist with the delicacy of the natural environment.

Smooth paths between nature and work

The interior spaces are structured in a gradual path, leading from the reception and meeting areas to the operational environments. A common area, dedicated to meetings, breaks, and free activities, overlooks the hill. This "green forest" path, both physical and visual, guides people through an immersive experience in nature.

An ecosystem that fosters collaboration and well-being

Natural light, large windows, and the constant presence of greenery create an environment conducive to creativity, well-being, and teamwork. At the center, a multi-functional space connects the outside with workspaces, promoting interaction and exchange. In this ecosystem, even sheep and bees contribute to maintenance and natural balance.
