“Inhabiting the air, merging with the horizon”

The name of the pavilion evokes its intention: “inhabiting the air, merging with the horizon”. However, due to its geometry, it allows the experience of inhabiting a complex shape, difficult to describe mathematically, the catenary. The poetic of the form creates, with its convexity, two parallel spaces that accommodate visitors and give the impression of standing under two wings projected towards the landscape

An interweaving of modular elements in metal tubes

The Horizonte Pavilion is made up of an interweaving of modular elements in metal tubes with a circular section. These ten metal M's are fixed to the ground by buried anchors and at the top by angles that also support the roof, and they raise the structure to a height of 4.5 meters. A longitudinal profile connects all the elements together, ensuring stability
