The unique three-wing building features a visible steel structure and exposed mechanical equipment, emphasizing the role of the Pomerleau construction company. It incorporates the use of raw materials such as natural pine wood, polished concrete, and steel.
The industrial touch to the building allows for seamless integration with a larger Pomerleau Campus that also houses warehouses and garages.
Lemay has also redefined the office environment language, with a wealth of attractive and informal gathering spaces that encourage group work and synergy. The few closed offices in the building are central, with open-space workstations and floor-to-ceiling windows that define the perimeter, allowing for maximum natural light penetration and stunning views of the surrounding woods: a proven way to enhance employee productivity and well-being.
