A new way of living is born in Curitiba: AGE360 Tower

In the heart of Curitiba, a new residential typology is born that puts well-being at the center of the project. It's not just about living, but about living in an ecosystem designed for the body, mind, and community. The building, inspired by ancient Greek gymnasiums, integrates private spaces and shared environments dedicated to sports, meditation, and self-care. A contemporary vision of living that goes beyond the simple function of shelter.

A thick and inhabited skin

According to Guillaume Sibaud, co-founder of the Franco-Brazilian firm Triptyque Architecture and Architects Office, the project addresses one of the major challenges for contemporary architectural projects: rethinking the envelope of tall buildings.
The tower adopts the principle of a thick facade, an intermediate space between interior and exterior that protects from the sun and can be inhabited. This formal simplicity, inspired by brutalism, restores centrality to light, structure, and spatial quality.

Wellness, architecture, and reversibility

To ensure maximum flexibility, the tower is developed around a load-bearing facade that frees the interiors from structural constraints. This allows for complete reversibility of living configurations and the seamless integration of common spaces for wellness.
A lightweight, glass facade opens up the spaces to the urban landscape, offering panoramic views and a constant connection with the outside.

Nature and city in a continuous dialogue

At the base of the tower, a double level of relationship is created: one with the city and its vitality, the other with nature, through a green area dense with native vegetation. The volume of the building, elegant and consistent with urban planning regulations, redesigns the city skyline and harmoniously integrates into the context.

A model for the future of living

The tower is the first building in Brazil to receive the title of Wellness Building, in addition to Fitwel and Green Building Council certifications. The project also won the Rethinking the Future award in 2022. Every design decision, as highlighted by Greg Bousquet, was guided by functionality but gave life to a poetic work deeply rooted in the urban and natural context.
