Langos Bar is a small street food bar located in the historic center of the city of Bratislava, specializing in langos, a traditional Hungarian flatbread dish reinterpreted in a contemporary key

In just 12 square meters, Grau Architects has designed a bar with a simple, strong design, based on a 10x10 square grid, and equipped with everything needed to make traditional langos, stuffed in a variety of ways: in the traditional way, with sour cream, ketchup, cheese and garlic, or in a more imaginative way, with pecorino cheese, pastrami or prawns

Langos Bar is generally characterized by very neutral colors, with white tiles, steel bars and a rough concrete finish, and the only prominent color used is red, giving the project a visual identity. The logo, designed by the local company Nice Guy, represented by Matej Spanik, is represented by an icon with a round, satisfied face, designed in collaboration with Tomas Rybar, and expresses the pleasure of eating langos
