The house is located in a typical Indian neighbourhood and flanks a busy street. The dense residential structure of the neighbourhood and the proximity of the other buildings have led to the design of an inverted floor layout, bringing the garden inside the house.

The layout of the building has an "H" shape surrounding an open-air courtyard so that each side of the house is flanked by it, becoming not only the main point of interest and activity, but also representing an exterior inside
The interior of the house is designed to rotate around life in the garden. The large pergolas help to shade the double-height space and eliminate the blinding effect, while the green wall helps to reduce heat. The courtyard is an oasis not only for the light, but also a buffer, where the warm air escapes favouring the entrance of fresh air
A white wall with a series of openings towards the main facade underlines the "overturned" nature of the house and a large overhanging roof seems to levitate above the structure. A "sculpted" object set between the roof and ground below gives the residence a strong identity visible from the street
