Established in 2006, VTN Architects (Vo Trong Nghia Architects) is a leading architectural practice in Vietnam with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. More than 60 international architects, engineers and staff work closely on cultural, residential and commercial projects around the world. By experimenting with light, wind and water, as well as using natural and local materials, VTN Architects uses a vocabulary of contemporary design to explore new ways to create architecture. Green architecture for the 21st century but still retains the essence of Asian architecture VTN Architects conveys its work with lush planting walls, vines, bamboo trees, windened stones and low-lying landscapes. It also incorporates traditional Vietnamese construction techniques, such as complex bamboo trusses, perforated blocks, water-cooled systems, shady terraces and thatched roofs.
