Francesca Fiorelli
Building Engineer from the University of Cagliari (Italy), where she graduated with honors in 2002. In 2004, she completed her studies to obtain a Master's degree in Architectural Design from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura at the University of Navarra, attending lectures by Rafael Moneo.
Since the same year, for over a decade, she has collaborated with architect Francisco Mangado, working on numerous nationally and internationally awarded projects, including the Congress Center in Ávila, the Congress Palace and Hotel in Palma de Mallorca, and the Museum of Fine Arts in Oviedo. She coordinates the publications and graphics department for the same architecture studio and is responsible for exhibitions at the Círculo de Bellas Artes in Madrid, the Architekturforum Aedes Am Pfefferberg in Berlin, and the Palazzo del Condestable in Pamplona, among others.

In 2010, she was a speaker at the Architecture and the State, 1940s to 1970s congress at Columbia University in New York. She publishes articles on contemporary architecture criticism in the "Deados" series of the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Almería and in the Austrian magazine Architektur Aktuell.
After obtaining the Spanish title of Architect from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, she earned a Ph.D. in Architecture in 2015 from the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura at the University of Navarra, where she developed her doctoral thesis in Theory and Criticism of Architecture as a researcher in the Design Department,
conducting part of the research at the Politecnico di Milano.

She recently curated the exhibition project "Francisco Mangado. The architecture of large scale" at the Cotonificio Veneziano. Her project for the covered urban space in Alsasua is one of the works selected by the CSCAE [Consejo Superior de los Colegios de Arquitectos de España] for the 2024 Architecture Awards edition.

She currently practices her profession in her studio ffarchitectura in Pamplona, signing projects in Spain and Italy. She collaborates with the COAVN [Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos Vasco Navarro] in cultural initiatives for the dissemination of Contemporary Architecture.
