Architecture as a dispenser of well-being

Started in 2019 and completed in 2024, the building in Via di Corticella is one of the architectural projects curated by the professional studio of Andrea Trebbi. The architect, who believes in architecture as a dispenser of well-being for its inhabitants, designs this pure volume with essential lines and generous spaces. The large terraces belonging to the apartments are protected by the deep projection of the horizontal metal fifth facade of the building

A compact multi-family building

The residential building on Via della Corticella, originally planned as six two-story single-family homes, following a market survey for the area, is redefined as a compact, multi-family volume of three above-ground floors. This architectural choice allows for cost containment for the 6 residential units within the building

Construction features

The building is constructed on a plot that previously housed three abandoned artisan buildings, which are demolished to free up the extensive green area adjacent to a Liberty-style villa. The volume of the new residential building follows that of the demolished one and transforms into new architecture: reinforced concrete structure, infill walls in hollow brick, and external cladding with thermal insulation
