Il desiderio del cliente era una residenza privata speciale ad Amsterdam. L'obiettivodello Studio Firm era quello di creare uno spazio onesto, maschile e architettonico con più spazio possible utilizzabile. Un appartamento sostenibile, unico e su misura.

Firm Architects da vita ad un vecchio magazzino nel cuore di Rotterdam il cui problema principale è stato riaprire delle vecchie finestre per dare luce al loft. Al suo interno le pareti in mattoni fanno da sfondo a nuovi livelli strutturali in legno, vetro e metallo

Firm Architects realizza il progetto di questo Loft minimalista, in cui la pianta aperta è tagliata dalla scala e dal nucleo in legno. L’enorme vetrata che si affaccia sulla terrazza crea una zona in più, regalando una fantastica vista sullo skyline di Rotterdam
