Atelier BOOM-TOWN is an architecture firm based in Montréal, Québec, specializing in designing human-scale buildings that combine simplicity and efficiency. Drawing inspiration from the original Boomtown houses, characterized by simple facades, square shapes, and flat or nearly flat roofs, the firm reinterprets these elements in a contemporary way to create dwellings suited for modern living.

La Tierce is a residence perched on a sloping terrain by a lake in Laurentides, Quebec, Canada; like a true observation point of the landscape, its volumes create a varied relationship with the environment offering panoramic views, as well as interesting views of a tree, a wooded area, or the cliff.
