With more than 10 years of experience in ecological architecture, Slow Studio projects are adapted to the lifestyle and specific needs of each client, a task that we develop with passion, rigor and continuous innovation of construction systems and bioclimatic strategies.
The studio has an internal research team, Slow Research, which delves into the principles of passive architecture in close collaboration with some of the leading experts in Spain in the fields of demand calculation and energy efficiency, optimization of HVAC, dimensioning of structures or management of water self-sufficiency.
The team, made up of more than 15 professionals, firmly believes that through architecture we can significantly improve people's well-being and contribute to a better future.
Jade Serra, co-founder of Slow Studio, manages business development and leads the Slow Research department. Her rational and analytical thinking is the asset behind every strategy, from the study approach to the decisions made within the research team.
Victor Vergés is co-founder and executive director of Slow Studio. Recognized for his pragmatic approach, dynamism and impeccable technical criteria, he has the ability to create innovative solutions for energy projects. His job involves developing a deep understanding of the brief to address each requirement for the best functional, flexible and healthy living environment.
After learning from the best bioconstruction experts in Spain and Germany, the duo started their first company: Slow Home (2012-2019). Initially designed to take on commissions for small and medium-sized healthy single-family homes, Slow Home saw its team and number of projects grow. Over the years he has consolidated his practice and collaborated with a variety of specialists, evolving into the current structure of Slow Studio.
