Located on a long, narrow lot in Toronto's Bloor West neighborhood, Brother's Residence is a 3,600-square-foot three-family building on Lippincott Street. This multi-unit architecture, with its strong orthogonal geometric form marks a positive addition to the wide variety of low-rise residential and commercial buildings in the Harbord Street area

Located along the banks of Shoal Creek in downtown Austin and known as the city's first park, the 84-acre Pease Park has a rich history that has always been a part of the residents' history.
